As part of the collaboration objective of SERENDI-PV,\u00a0several surveys have been developed to collect feedback and knowledge from the\u00a0PV community.<\/p>

One of the identified barriers at the beginning of the SERENDI PV project was the lack of common standards, protocols and good practices for data collection, exchange and storage. Current standards and practices as well as recommendations have been developed and included in a dedicated public deliverable (D1.4 Specification on data collection, database, transfer protocols, data privacy and distribution). In order to consolidate and\/or challenge these initial recommendations, with the objective to help their adoption the PV community a first survey was developed targeted at\u00a0various stakeholders in the PV sector.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The consortium of SERENDI-PV is working on various topics covering different types of PV systems (bifacial PV, floating PV, BIPV, \u2026) as well as different PV performance challenges (soiling, degradation, \u2026). SERENDI-PV partners have developed innovative software tools to deal with PV reliability (monitor and diagnosis faults of utility-large, medium-size and residential PV systems), PV performance (modelling of PV production) for\u00a0innovative PV\u00a0technologies and in different environment (impacted by soiling, snow, high albedo, …). With experimental\u00a0data from stakeholders, these tools can be further validated and improved. That\u00a0is why COPLASIMON has opened collaboration calls to open the SERENDI-PV tools\u00a0to external stakeholders interested in sharing or receiving data. This\u00a0represents a further opportunity to gather feedback on data collection,\u00a0database, transfer protocols, data privacy and distribution through a survey.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Coplasimon’s objective is not limited to showcasing different DEMOs of the software tools developed in the SerendiPV consortium. A<\/span> public comprehensive referencing of PV simulation software\/tools\/models is also ambitioned.
